What we collect

Account information you provide (email, name), the dispute facts you enter to generate letters, and standard server logs. We do not sell your data.

How we use it

To draft your letters, send certified mail on your behalf when requested, process payments, and improve the service. AI generation prompts may be sent to our model providers; we do not let providers train on your data.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time. Signed-in users can do this self-service from Account → Privacy & data (instant download, instant deletion). You can also email privacy@mydisputekit.com and we'll respond within 30 days as required by GDPR / CCPA.
