Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you provide and for the contents of any letter you send. You may cancel at any time.

Acceptable use of AI tools

MyDisputeKit uses AI to draft dispute letters. Your use of those tools is governed by our AI Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. That policy covers prohibited uses (fraud, impersonation, harassment, jailbreaking safety filters), your responsibilities for inputs and outputs, and our AI-generated content disclaimer. AI output is a draft you must review before sending — it is not legal advice and may contain errors or outdated citations.

Limitation of liability

MyDisputeKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes.
